Shipping & Delivery — Label Shuddha

Every Label Shuddha saree is packed with care and dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Here is everything you need to know about how your saree travels from our hands to yours.


Order Processing

Once your payment is confirmed, we begin preparing your order. Each saree is carefully inspected, folded, and packed before dispatch.

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day
  • You will receive a WhatsApp message confirming your order as soon as payment is received
  • A tracking number will be shared on WhatsApp within 24 hours of dispatch

Domestic Shipping — India

We ship to every pincode across India.

Below ₹2,000 ₹100 Within 10 business days

Shipping charges may vary depending on your location and the courier partner assigned to your pincode. The final shipping charge will be communicated to you before your order is confirmed.

We ship via trusted courier partners including Shiprocket, Delhivery, Blue Dart, and DTDC. The courier partner is assigned based on your pincode and availability in your area.


International Shipping

We are currently not accepting international orders. We are working on making Label Shuddha available worldwide very soon. If you are based outside India and would like to be notified when international shipping launches, please reach out to us on WhatsApp or email and we will keep you updated.


Tracking Your Order

Once your saree is dispatched, we will send your tracking number directly to your WhatsApp. You can use this number to track your shipment on the respective courier's website.

  • If you have not received a tracking number within 48 hours of your order confirmation, please reach out to us on WhatsApp and we will update you immediately

Packaging

Every Label Shuddha saree is packed with the same care and intention that went into weaving it.

Your order will include:

  • Saree carefully folded and packed in branded packaging
  • A handwritten personal note from Adyathan & Sanjana

We believe every saree deserves to arrive feeling like a gift — not just a package.


Delivery Delays

While we work with reliable courier partners, occasional delays can happen due to weather, public holidays, or high-volume shipping periods such as Diwali and wedding season.

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us on WhatsApp with your order details and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf immediately.


Lost or Damaged in Transit

In the rare event that your saree arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

  • Share a photograph of the damaged packaging or product
  • We will file a claim with the courier on your behalf
  • A replacement or full refund will be arranged promptly
  • You will not be asked to bear any cost in case of transit damage or loss
