Refund policy

At Label Shuddha, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order:

1. No Cancellations

Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations are not permitted.

2. Package Opening Video Required

A clear, uncut video of the package being opened and showing the damaged product, wrong product, or missing items is mandatory for any claim and must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the package. Any claim without the video will strictly not be accepted.

3. Exchange Only

Exchanges are applicable only for damaged or incorrect products, subject to verification. The product will be replaced if the same item is available. If not, store credit equivalent to the value of the item will be issued, which must be redeemed within 30 days.

We do not offer refunds.

4. Non-Returnable Conditions

Every product undergoes a quality check before dispatch, so receiving a damaged product is highly unlikely. The following are not considered damage and are therefore not eligible for exchange:

•    Weaving, dyeing, or other irregularities and variations that are inherent to handcrafted products.
•    Color variations caused by camera settings, lighting, or screen/display differences.
•    Issues arising from customer-specific preferences or expectations.

How to Request an Exchange

•    Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details.
•    An uncut package opening video is mandatory to process the request.
•    Any attempt to recreate, edit, or manipulate the opening video will result in the claim being rejected.
•    Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.
